Anybody got any opinions as to who is the best to sell with in the Southside. When I sold my flat 10 years ago I went with the GSPC but it was a different market then. Are Corum any good?

We sold with corum, they seemed to take more time and effort making our flat look good in the photos than any other estate agents do. They also sent their team round to view the flat so they knew what they were talking about when setting up viewings. This was a while ago now thoguh so things may have changed!

We sold with Clyde and bought from Corum. I found the Corum staff much more professional.

Was happy with Clyde for selling a 1 bed flat. For a more expensive/larger property I would go with Corum. Their branding is good and I think that does make a difference. When I see a house for sale with one of the smaller solicitors, it kind of cheapens the house if you know what I mean, whereas with Corum it always makes me think the house is nicer. Or maybe Im just a sucker!
