Nottingham evening meet up

Hi

I started this thread in meet ups several days ago, but have only had one person interested, so thought I would try here also.

I am 42, have 3 DCs and am a FT WOHM. We moved here two years ago and because I've been working FT ever since we got here, I've not made as many friends as I would like.

I miss a bit of a girls women's night out, so wondered if anyone fancied a night out? At the moment there are two of us interested. No venue or date as yet.

Would love to hear from more people.

I started this thread and then haven't checked for a while!
I'm really pleased to get some response, was initially thinking I was on my own Grin

Have a couple of others who PMed me.
We got as far as in town (maybe the piano and pitcher as it's one of the few places I know as there are a lots of other places nearby and it's near bus links etc if anyone wants a drink).

Date wise, we hadn't narrowed it down.
Notts123 suggested a Thursday, which would suit me but please not the 7th as I am working that night.
Are Thursday's good for everyone else? What about 14th, 21st or 28th June?
Knakard - it will happen, I'm starting to get desperate for some female company Grin

Great! I'll do a bit of PMing to those that have shown interest when I get chance.
If we say 14th or 21st and go with the one most people can do, that should be reasonable.
Of course, if a few can't come, then that'll just be an excuse for another night out at a later date. Grin

Right, I have a list of 12 people who have shown interest. I have done a spreadsheet jotted down names and preferances of those that have responded. I have PMed everyone else. I'll then see which date (7th or 14th) most people prefer and I think we should go with that one.
Next question, time wise, I thought we should meet either at 7.30 or 8.00pm. Which is better?

I'll post/PM once the votes are in Grin
