Part time babysitter/help required

Hi, I work part time and need a babysitter/helper to collect my 2 children (9 & 11) from school, take them home until 5:30. I sometimes travel so occasionally would need to stay till 7:30. Any ideas where I can go to find such a help?

THey are at Hermitage School in St Johns but in September my eldest will go to Winston Churchill and won't need collecting but I would prefer to have someone in the house for him until I am home from work. I normally get home around 5:15 so it would only be for 2 hours ish Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but with flexibility as sometimes my work days change.
