Can anyone recommend a Gardener?

My Mum and Dad (in their 70's) need a gardener to help them out with the heavy stuff/digging etc in their garden. Does anyone have any recommendations?

If you go thru' Homeforce they have a gardener on their books, who is very reasonable, and good at his job.
