Can anyone find someone locally, please help?

We are based the south. We purchased a product from a seller based in Perth, he gave his address as 118 High Street.
We paid the £1270 into his bank account. Account name and number were verified by the bank.

Now we have no contact from him

I'm not sure what anyone can do but I can't afford to lose this money and I'm desperate for ideas?

What is his business called? That section of the High Street is in the main shopping bit so I can't see the actual building on Google Street View.

i'm from perth (don't live there now though). I checked on the map and where it says 118 high street is all shops and when I checked further, debenhams in perth is 116-128 high street. Really sorry I don't have anything more positive to say. Hope you manage to catch him.
