where to move to in Warks/North Oxon?

hello, we are probably going to be relocating later this year due to husband's job move. We used to live in Banbury about 10 years ago, so I do know the area a bit, but we didn't have kids then, so have very different requirements now!
Does anyone have any recommendations for large villages that have decent primary schools (and ideally an attached preschool??). We'll also need a childminder (so sad to be leaving ours!) but going to cross one bridge at a time! We have a 3.5 year old and a 9 month old.
Any suggestions very gratefully received. Needs to be within 30 mins commute (ideally) of Gaydon. thank you

Where did you end up? Any useful tips?! We're looking at making the same move and viewing in the same area but have no knowledge of the area at all. We have a 4 year old and a 2 year old so want a good school most importantly.
Thanks

Bishop's Tachbrook & Barford have good primary schools within easy reach of the M40 doorway.

Gotta love predictive text. M40 motorway! I know Bishop's Tachbrook has an attached pre school but not sure about Barford.

Avoid Harbury unless you like grass in your front garden Wink

Claverdon has a good primary school (probably 2 mins commute)
Leek Wootton has an excellent primary school (probably (20minutes commute)
I have also herad good things about Wellesbourne primary school - though Wellesbourne is much bigger than BT or Barford - that may be better for you though? Probably 10 minutes at most commute
