Hi All
I need a nanny (to look after 2 children) 1 day a week from november for 6 months, and then 3 days a week thereafter (when i go back to work). I know its only March and was wondering whether I'm looking too early (a lot of nannies I talk to now are looking for work now). If its not too early, how do people in cambridge find a nanny (in advance)? It is just word of mouth or do most people use an agency. Any advice greatly appreciated! :)
