Anyone used a tenant finder service?

Leaning on the ever reliable advice of fellow mumsnetters! We're about to rent out our house and are planning on looking after the management of it ourselves rather than pay a fortune to a letting company for doing not much at all.

I'm thinking it would be much easier to get someone to actually advertise and find the tenant for us first of all. Any recommendations?
