Currie??

Hi, does anyone have an opinion on what it's like to live in Currie? I understand the high school is pretty good but I am not sure whether there are enough facilities there for it to feel like a proper place. For instance swimming pools and supermarkets. Also is the commute a bit much?

I used to work in Currie. Seems to be nice to bring up families. I used to use the back road missing out Lanark Road and going past Heriot Watt to Hermiston Park and Ride. Found it much quicker.

Thanks Groove-wasn't aware of the park and ride. Will see if it helps convince husband!
