Hi All,
My partner and i along with our 8 month old daughter and dog are thinking of moving from Balham/Wandsworth Common to the Teddington area. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what its like from a parent/baby group and meeting other Mum's perspective is. I have found it quite difficult to meet other similar Mums as everyone seems so competitive and snooty!
Many thanks,
Katy x

Loads of baby groups and quite easy to meet other mums. Not sure if they are snooty etc as IMe like anything you can get good/bad types as you can anywhere.

It is very child friendly here so downside to that is schools can be over subscribed and there is an issue at secondary school level too. However may not be that different to where you are now as that seems a London wide issue.

I found it easy to make friends here as there are lots of baby groups etc you can go too, most people are very friendly. There are so many families here, lots of great outdoor space and activities depending on what you're into.
