We are a Guide Group in the heart of Woolwich at the SureStart Brookhill Childrens' Centre, that would love to see our numbers grow. Guides is for girls aged 10-14 (but girls can join from 9 and a bit!)
The purpose of Guides is to have fun, we do a whole range of activities that are chosen by the girls. The plan is to make new friends, have a go at different things and to enjoy yourself. There are plenty of things to do and the possibilities are endless! :o
We also go out on trips to different places including Thorpe Park and residential events such as Holidays and Sleepovers. Plus, trips Bowling and visiting the Cinema. There are lots of things to do.
If you're an adult that would like to be involved in the fun, why not volunteer? Being involved is extremely enjoyable and rewarding...sometimes we think we have more fun than the girls! :)
