Hi, please can anyone advise on what type of post-natal care is available in the Greenwich / Blackheath area?
We have no family or friends living closeby and I'm becoming a bit concerned about how we will manage when our first child arrives. I think I will need all the help I can get in learning how to look after the little one, whilst also keeping up with cooking and cleaning and laundry, etc.
I realise this sounds a bit soft, I am aware that most people have "just managed" - but if there is any post-natal service available then I'm keen to find out more, otherwise risk being completely overwhelmed by everything.
Ideally I would like someone who does not live in but can visit daily, do shopping, some cleaning, help and advise with baby. Perhaps it's a house-keeper / nanny I need?
