Warm baby pools?

Hi, i live in the Northwood area and i've taken my daughter a few times to Highgrove swimming pool however its always freezing so my daughter refuses to go in, plus the hygiene in the changing rooms and toilets are shocking. Can anyone recommend a place that has a warm baby pool?

Hi, the Woodside leisure centre in Watford has a teaching pool which is warm and open for 'swim for all' its smaller than the main pool and can get v busy at weekends. The changing rooms are a little bit grim sometimes though.
