Hello ladies (and gentlemen, if there are any out there).
Does anyone know if any of the pools in the Walthamstow areas have any kind of aquanatal classes running? I have SPD so have been told that the best form of exercise for me would be in water.
I am moving to Walthamstow in a few weeks time.
