Sleep consultant

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a sleep consultant in the area? I have a 12week old little boy who is refusing to sleep at night, generally getting about 3 hours a night total.
I am interested in getting some help and looking for recommendations. Not really up for controlled crying though.

Who have you used/heard about?
Why are they good?

Hi, we used Arti from www.nightnannies.com and she was fantastic. Very gentle, reassuring and had our 9 month old sleeping through after 3 nights - before that she'd never slept more than 2 hours at a stretch.

Really lovely.
