I'm 8/9 weeks and don't know all that many people in town, thought I'd see if anyone else here was in or near Wantage?

Hi! I'm 14 weeks and going to be permanently living in Wantage from September when our baby is born, as my partner lives here and works in Abingdon, but I am here most weekends. I know no one and am hoping to go to a mother/baby or baby massage group when he or she is born :-)

Hi ladies,

I'm a mum of 3 living in Wantage. It is a nice place to bring up children, all of the schools are good and the secondary is outstanding.

There is a first mums group which is run on a Monday at St Johns Church in Grove. That's a great place to meet other mums and mums to be.

The children's centre in Wantage has a programme of sessions each week and a couple are for babies I think (as opposed to toddlers)

There is also a number of church run groups in Wantage and the villages.

If you breastfeed there is baby bar at the health centre on a Wednesday too which is a good meeting point.

I've lived here all my life but knew no other mums on maternity leave when I had my 2nd so first babies (ok she wasn't my 1st but there is a huge gap!) and baby bar were where I met my now friends.

Hi ladies! I'm in Wantage too and it'd be great to meet some people in town - I'm 14 weeks, due at the end of September, and currently have a total of one friend with a baby!
