Has anyone ever used her? Any info regarding this would be much appreciated :)

I did. Would not recommend her as she advised me to do controlled crying on my 3 month old to help getting her to nap......

I also felt she didn't really listen to me and my problem and just had a catch all solution (see above) without tailoring it to our needs.

But she might work for you, depending on what your issue is

What's the issue? I went to see cranio sacral lady who worked wonders on my night wailing 2 year old. Natasha at peachy therapy. She also helped reshape my other ones head. She's v good.

The sleep lady (if it's the one I'm thinking of was absolutely amazing and helped my with my DS. She did not just use controlled crying and I felt listened to what we said and modified her approach. Highly recommend.

We used her and would not recommend. Ultimately she does controlled crying after making suggestions to diet/sleep times etc. (some of which were helpful).

Our dd was crying and I was told to sit beside her and not look at her, she vomited in her cot she was so distressed and was told by her to clean her up and put her back in the cot without speaking to her and let her continue to cry. Still feel guilty about that. We realised that night we didn't want to treat our dd that way and decided to no longer use her.

I would read the Contented Little Baby book, if you like the approach and controlled crying does not bother you (even if your baby vomits) then you may find her helpful. If you're more comfortable with the Dr Sears approach then avoid her. Wish we had just spent the money on a family weekend away ..... hey ho.

Good luck with the sleep issue, hope you get it sorted, lack of sleep over a prolonged time is hellish x

The no cry sleep solution sorted our sleep issues after 3 and a half years of broken sleep.

I will be starting BabyCalm classes in Edinburgh next week and one of the things we look at is sleep, but at gentle and calm ways to help your LO to sleep. Let me know if you want more info!
