Good child friendly dentists around haringey?

Hi i have two young children and would really appreciate if anyone could give me tips on good dentists around downhills park area or even further afield in haringey. I am not sure if you have to register with a dentist near you (as with doctors) but i am willing to travel if it is for a good cause!

I am interested to find a child friendly dentist too!

And no, you don't have to register with one near you.

I go to a completely different dentist (its local to me) , but would never take my children there as it would frighten the heck out of them. So dark and gloomy. I don't mind taking the bus to the DCs dentist.

We go to Mr Fenton on Green Lanes, DD was terrified the last time I took her as it was just after she'd had her booster jabs and thought that the dentist would be a repeat of that, they were lovely with her and eventually managed to put her completely at ease. The surgery itself is absolutely fine, only a couple of somewhat antique toys to play with but have never had to sit in it for more than 5 minutes to be seen anyway.

Kings Avenue practice in Muswell Hill N10. They are fantastic!
