I returned to work in November and sent my little one to a lovely childminder. The problem is that in the 3 months she has been ill so many times and not been able to go and then I end up ill looking after her. Im worrried about my work. I know getting a nanny would solve this problem but its too expensive - does anyone have any other solutions? Im contemplating an aupair but not that keen to have someone living in my house - thanks.
