Intensive driving lessons

I can't drive and am absolutely terrified at the thought of learning. But I'm now in my late 30s and it's now or never I feel.
I like the thought (ok, loathe less the thought) of an intensive course where I learn and pass the test (ha ha) within a week (ha ha ha ha).
Does anyone have any recommendation of local courses or views on this please?

I dont know about intensive courses but I too felt terrified at the idea of learning but passed first time with this guy - he was well priced and really helped my confidence!
