Thomas Cammack, from Selby, has just turned 4. Just 2 days before his 4th birthday his parents were given the awful news that he has relapsed with neuroblastoma, an aggressive childhood cancer.
He now needs to raise £500,000 to get to America for treatment as the UK won't treat relapses.
