A friend of mine knows a lovely 19 year old Italian boy who is in Cambridge to improve his English. He is hoping to go to Uni later but for now will be in the area until at least July. He is from a well to do family, is polite and housetrained and is not liking his student accomodation/shared house.
Does anyone know of a nice flat or self contained annexe suitable for the next 6 months minimum? Would consider living with a family but would prefer his own room/bathroom/sitting room perhaps?
His family are willing and able to pay the right money for the right place.
