Brighton Nursery's

Hello,
Has anyone had any experience with the following nurseries?

Growing up Green (preston Drove)

Pumpkin Patch Brighton

Wonder Years Nursery (surrenden Cresent)

We are moving to Brighton from abroad and I have no means to have a look at the nurseries prior to signing them up.

They all look nice, but haven't really got a real view on them.

Any comments would be great.

Thanks very much.

No one has replied yet so thought I would-mainly to give the post a bump. I personally have no experience with the nurseries (my DC were too old when I moved here). However, a friend used pumpkin patch for a few years and was happy with it. A few people have told me good things about Little Earthworms - a relatively new nursery on Ditchling Road www.littleearthworms.com/

My DC go to Growing Up Green, they love the nursery and so do I. The staff are fantastic and kids are really happy there.

We tried Pumpkin Patch but it was'nt for us.

Thanks ladies. We have signed her up to Growing up green as it is the closest and seems very nice.
Maybe see you there sometime Brightonrockz...

Thanks very much for replying.

have a look at the www.goodcareguide.co.uk you can see reviews of the local nurseries. I definitely recommend Growing up Green and Early Years on Harrington Road. Make sure you read the Ofsted Reports of any nursery you are applying.

Early Years, Harrington Road is excellent. We visited Pumpkin Patch but didn't get the same lovely feeling that we got at Early Years. Growing Up Green in Preston Drove has no secure buggy park so we didn't even view it. Growing up Green on Preston Road wasn't open at the time and I'd have been quite keen on that if it was as the food is all organic. It's not great for parking though if you need to take your car.
