There are pregnancy and post-natal Pilates group classes on Monday afternoons at Pulse Dance Studio in Angel, Islington. Private lessons (home visits) are available in Islington, Hackney and Haringey. Please see the following websites for details:

Kate Hodder is brilliant and works out of the Studio Danza on Holloway Road. I've been going for over a year now and I can highly recommend her. She does ante and post-natal though I think one of her team is covering the class when she starts maternity leave.
