I just found it linked to on another thread, and reported a problem. It's easy to use, and surprisingly quick. You write a few words about something, eg rubbish dumped outside your house, send it to the website, and they send it on to the council. Try it. I hope my issue gets resolved.

Ah yes, good point :D I suppose I meant 'worked' as in 'was quick and easy'.

The thing about FixMyStreet is that having the problem published online, as well as sent to the council, does seem to focus their minds on the problem. Good luck!
