Hello, can anyone give me any honest opinions about these areas please. The property prices seem slightly lower. I've been to Rusthall and it seemed quite nice but a bit cut off and I wondered what the journey would be like in the mornings to any of the local train stations for example. Also, we would initially have to rent the house out (if we bought). Are these areas where there is a moderate rental demand?
