I'm looking at rental properties (instead of house sharing) and am trying to work out how much everything will cost. Having difficulties finding out the information online though so thought I'd ask what the averages are of MN users if you don't mind sharing!
I'm looking at moving to Hove in particular but anywhere would be handy!
Small-mid sized studio flat. Need to know averages for:
Gas/electric
Parking
Water Rates
Council Tax
Broadband
Line rental
And anything else that may be applicable?
