Aquanatal classes in Lewisham/SE London

Hi,

I'm looking for an aquanatal/pregnancy water aerobics class somewhere around Lewisham or SE London but can't seem to find one. I think there was one at Crystal Palace Sports Centre but it doesn't seem to be there any more, I found another one at Wavelengths swimming pool in Deptford but it's on a weekday morning which I can't do as I work. Does anyone know of a class at the weekends/weekday evenings?

Yes the Arches Leisure Centre in Greenwich does them. Pretty sure they have one after work. Give them a call.

Hey- I know this is a very late reply and dont even know if you're still pregnant!
I found an aquafit class at Beckenham spa.
Its not pregnancy-related but the website does say it's antenatal friendly.
Thinking of going myself this week. I know they have a number of classes throughout the week x
