Advice on Guildford Babysitters

Anyone know or can recommend any Guildford Babysitters. I have looked on Childcare.co.uk but would like some recommendations. DS is 8 months.

Also - anyone know any baby groups in Guildford where they go who have some, well friendly and chatty people. Rather than cliquey and ....palid?

Thank you!

Hi there.

Can't help with babysitters I'm afraid.

However, I would recommend St Saviours baby/toddler group on a Thursday morning from 10.00 - 11.30. Really nice group, gets busy but very friendly.

Thanks Wideawakenurse, I'll try that group next week, Thanks!

Baby groups do change a lot, as the organisers are usually moving on. I used to do St Saviours, and Christ Church (Waterden Road, Wednesdays, not sure when they finish for Christmas). Friends did the Methodist Church too.
I'd give a few ago, until you feel at least welcomed, and a meet a few people you can chat to.

There is always me though I only cover some parts of Guildford (Wood Street Village, Queen Elizabeth Park and near the Cathedral - that side of Guildford, easy access to A322) as I live quite far away.
