Hi all, I am currently undertaking my teacher training specialising in early years/lower primary. Unfortunately my university have made a catalogue of errors and I am now in search of my own placement. sad

If you do know of any schools with mixed reception/year 1 classes in leicester, leicestershire or commutable from south leicestershire please let me know and I will be extremely grateful smile

Thank you

My dcs school do but I know they don't take PGCE students only gtp.

I know that long whatton (which would be a trek from s leicester anyway) have mixed ks1 and mixed ks2 but not sure if foundation are an additional class or with the ks1.

Have a look at the village schools as those with low numbers tend to have mixed year groups. St. Leonards in swithland is another which springs to mind but I don't know for sure.
