Christmas lunch venue?

Can anyone recommend somewhere in Bath or Limpley Stoke area for a traditional Christmas lunch suitable for elderly grandparents and lively children (aged 8+)? Everywhere we can think of is already booked!

Hi. The Mill at Rode is reliably good and suits the multi-generational thing, but I don't know if it'd be too far south for you.

We had a lovely meal at a nice pub in Bathampton, think it was a the George, that was a large bunch of adults and kids 7 and up.

The Globe is usually not bad
