Colic/Reflux

Hi,this may sound strange,but...is colic and reflux the same thing?? I've just had my 3rd baby,i'm 45,my last child was born 22 yrs ago.Back then it was all about colic,but that is hardly mentioned now,all I seem to hear is reflux!never heard of it before!!wonder if someone can enlighten me?

you'd be best off posing this on the main childrens health boards here rather than the local one, you'll get a far bigger response, but to my knowledge NO & Colic iS still mentioned -

& it might be of interest DDs Colic was helped completely by my cutting out eating all layered foods - onion, lettuce etc etc, & spicy foods - Skin problems & possibly Colic too by cutting out chemical food additive
