Good, reliable and reasonable roofer wanted

Anyone had any work done on their roof recently and happy with the work? We need quite a bit done on our Edinburgh tenemant roof and I'm coordinating (not the easiest job). We've had problem roofers in the past so I know of some to steer clear from but finding it really hard to get recomendations.

Would welcome your suggestions and warnings ;-)

We had a good experience with KM Contracts when I was doing exactly the same as you. In our case they were much cheaper than the other quotes and nice to deal with.

We had good experiences with Compass roofing when in the same situation. It was a long time ago, but know folk who've used them more recently and also vouch for them.

We use Thorburn or Burns&Watson depending on who's free and hubby uses them for his business when he needs subcontracting done.
