I have been enjoying Mum and Baby Yoga class at the local community centre. It's only £1 for 1.5 hour session as it is funded by local children's centre. However, the class is under attended and now there is a big chance of stopping it after this term. If you live in E17 area and looking for a baby yoga class, please come and join us!
