A new (non fee-paying!) school for Exeter?

Hi, we would like to find out the opinions of Exeter residents...there is a shortage of primary school places in Exeter (see This is Exeter link below), and the council are thinking about expanding existing schools. We believe Exeter needs a new, smaller primary school rather than making big schools even bigger! Your thoughts and comments would be welcomed here and on our Facebook Free School Exeter page. I don't think a free school would be a good idea at all. It would leech money away from the existing schools, most of which are very good.
