Interior Designer/Architect needed

Hi,

I'm looking to do some structural changes to my Victorian cottage, ie remove a wall, a chimney stack and re-site the staircase and it will require the involvement of building control and may also need party wall negotiations. I know a bit about property but need someone who can give me some ideas, put together some drawings and submit them to building control and liaise with my builder. I'm happy to act as project manager but would be looking to employ an "ideas" person who lives locally and is au fait with the various requirements of the Council planning department - I live in Molesey and come under Elmbridge BC.

Any recommendations?
