Hi my LO is now 1 and i think she'd enjoy a mother and toddler group. Has anyone got any recommendations.

oh I'm looking for Friday or Monday as I'm back at work now :0(

I suggest you ask your Health Visitor or round the local churches if you don't know any local play groups. Or ask other Mums you see in the park. And don't feel shy if you go to one. Lots of people there are there for the good of the kids and feel shy and out of place but if you're lucky you may meet someone you get on with. Then you have a playmate for the school holidays when playgroups shut down! I can only tell you about SK4 where I live. Some of the soft play places run sessions for tiny tots too on weekdays. Good luck.
