Hi - we are looking to do a small extension (two floor if we can afford it) and have planning permission, drawings done etc. However, we have had 3 builders round to quote - 2 were really high quotes and one did not get back to us despite pestering, so I assume they did not want they job. Has anyone used any builders they can recommend - that did a good job but did not cost the earth?
We had hoped to have started by now - our second DC is due in Dec - I can see a building site and no kitchen and a new baby not being a great combination!
