Reasonably priced riding equipment

Hallo

Does anyone have any recommendations where I can buy a riding hat and black riding boots for my 12 year old daughter (she takes adult sizes), that will not cost too much. She has just started at a Riding Club so I do not want to splash out in case she does not stick it, but also want her to be protected properly. We live in the TW12 area but I have not found anything locally.

Apart from that I got my riding gear from a equestrian supplier in surrey which I believe has now closed down.
