My lovely, Childminder has just let me know she's emigrating at the end of this month. I am now looking for a nanny/au pair who can pick up my DD (3year old) from morning nursery and keep her 'occupied' from 11.45- 15.00 when my mum will takeover.
Am starting to panic but think a share would better as it's perfect for anyone with school age children. Also as I'm a teacher, it'll only be during term time and 4 days a week.
