First time mum-to-be looking to meet people

Hi,

I am a 27 yr old first time mummy to be looking to meet some similar people in Norwich. I live and work in Norwich with my fiancee and would love to meet up with those in a similar situation as have no pregnant/mummy friends as yet!

Would love to meet up for a drink to share experiences and get involved in things (like yoga or aqua natal).

I am Jinnie, currently a phD student at UEA, specializing in early parent-child attachment. I have recently graduated with an MSc. in Child & Family Psychology at UEA and have also recently been certified as a parent educator for the Circle of Security Early Intervention Program.

I am hoping to start a Circle of Security parenting class soon here in Norwich and would like to know if anyone is interested!!

Circle of Security © is a US based approach which makes decades of research on child wellbeing available to parents in a user friendly way and has up to now not been available in the UK.

?Circle of Security © is circling the globe as an intervention to help parents raise their children with love, warmth and emotional intelligence.? Daniel J. Siegel UCLA School of Medicine (author of The Developing Mind and Parenting from the Inside Out).

I believe there is no practitioner in Norwich offering this program as the first training workshop was held in September this year in London. However, a fellow clinical psychologist is running this program in London.
