I have two children, 9 and 12 year old and we are looking for somebody to take my youngest one to and from school. How much do you think I should pay and should it be per hour or weekly pay? Also, these days my teenager neighbout is going to help me with kids - she will stay with them for hew hours a day. How much do you think I should pay? I don't have a clue really. Thank you!
