Daisy Birthing has come to Cardiff and I am looking for ladies interested in joining my Weds class which still has spaces (7pm at the Copthorne Hotel). Classes are a mix of gentle movements/stretches, breathing and relaxation/anxiety release with practical birth preparation tips.
