Im just early on in my pregnancy and I would really like to start aquanatal classes but Im struggling to find any in the area, can anyone help?? I work til 6pm and the only one I can find is in Amble on an evening.

Have you approached your employer to ask for time out of work as they are legally bound to give you any antenatal appointments including aquanatal classes to support you through your pregnancy?

Not sure how far on you are now but I am bringing Lazy Daisy birthing classes to Ponteland from 18th April. It is not an aqua-natal class but a gentle movement class with birth relevant education and a lovely relaxation class at the end. Let me know if this is something you may be interested in or if you would like further information.
