hi everyone, has or is anyone local suffering from pnd and finding there isnt enough local support ?

I realise the date of this post is 2011 but if anyone else would like to know there is support in Canterbury and surrounding areas. Most of it is refferal based via your health visitor or GP so to access this please speak to them. There is a HV lead group & peer support system in conjunction with the Surestart centre including a free 8 week counselling service (again via referral within the group) which I personally found very helpful.
