Moving to Hereford

DH has just accepted a job in Hereford and we need to move in 6 weeks. We are looking at Hereford city and up to 10miles out of town.

The DCs are 2 and 7 months so school not a big issue yet. Can anyone give me any suggestions on what area to look around (or avoid!) in Hereford?

Any playgroups/ music etc for the DCs?

Most of Hereford is nice. Hampton dene & Tupsley are nice places within the city. Lugwardine is nice just out of the city. All pretty good school areas aswell. The park by the swimming baths is probably the best in hereford as its just had lots of new equipment.
Hope you settle in well I moved to hereford 10 years ago and its a lovely place to bring up a family my 2 are 3 (nearly 4) and 10 months and have a lovely life here.
