Can anybody share the cool places to go and play here in the neighbourhood? we go to the gardens, and we were at the old dear park. But maybe there is some nearby with sand box? Thank you!

nearest playgrounds are the little one by Kew Bridge and the one on North Sheen, the recreation ground with paddling pool.
none particularly cool but with the usual playground things
also at Mortlake Green and by Sheen bridge

for a nicer place maybe try Marble Hill

There is a sand pit in the playground in Richmond park near the Petersham gate (65 bus goes past it, opposite the Dysart pub).

Don't forget the playground next to Windham nursery in Windham Road, near Lion Gate at Kew Gardens.

Thank you so much! We will check out the Windham today :)

A bit further afield (but on district line tube and only a 5 minute walk from the tube) is Ravenscourt Park. Or in the car the one O'clock club (for under 5's) and adventure playgroun (for oer 5's) at Marble hill park.

If you're coming on Friday we can give you directions.
