Aquanatal or yoga for working mum's to be!

Hi there
First time i'm using this sight so hello! I'm going to be a first time mum EDT 29th December! I've been having a look to see what excercise classes are available in Swansea for pre-pregnancy and all I seem to be able to find is the Welsh National Pool have aquanatal but 2:30 - 3:30pm on Tuesdays which is no good as I work full time! Anyone know of any classes out of office hours?

Lisa Harley does prenatal yoga in the Tabernacle Chapel in the Mumbles on Tuesday nights. 6.30- 8.30. It was £6 a session when I went at the end of last year. She is fab and does Active Birthing classes too. Best ring to chekc that there is space.

If you Google her name she is the one who also does Cranio Sacral adjustments.
