My Experience
I have been in the childcare since 1999. Since 2003 I have been working as an Ofsted registered childminder, I have experience looking after children from birth to 12 yrs old ,I have also worked for Barnardos in the past where I gained the experience of looking after children with various disabilities.
I have 2 assistants and a cleaner,I plan activities on weekly basis to meet the needs of individual child. I take children to the parks and play groups, which help children in their development
