I forgot to take my car in for its MOT this morning 
, didn't realise until the guy from the garage phoned. Anyway, far from charging me for wasting his time, he sent a driver round to get the car, and had it back on my driveway within 2 hours, free of charge! (the pick-up, not the MOT, obvs.
